Toddy's Thomas the Tank Birthday Party

On Saturday, we had Toddy's "Thomas the Tank Birthday Party" at Mammy and Pappy Big Truck's house. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone that came that day and made that day very special for Toddy.
We decorated everything in Blue and red and had plenty of food for everyone. The cake we picked up was especially well done... Toddy' loved it.

Toddy got a lot of presents from everyone and he got to play with Tyler and Brennden all afternoon. All of the boys were worn out by the end of the day.
(Attendees: Toddy, Momma, Dadda, Mammy & Pappy Big Truck, Aunt Bobbie, Tyler, Heidi, Grammy and Pappy Paw, Uncle Scott & Aunt Amanda, Brennden, Quinn)

George Straight Concert

What a busy week...

Tonight Todd and I went to the George Straight concert at Hershey's Giant Center. He had gotten me the tickets for Christmas. Todd's mom and dad came down to watch Toddy for us while we were out. We had a really great time while we were there. I was a little disappointed that I did not take my camera with me because I thought they would be prohibited, but I was wrong. Anyway, we enjoyed a lot of songs that night. He was on stage for over 2 hours!
Some of the songs that he sang:
"Amarillo By Morning"
"The Chair"
"Baby's Gotten Good At Goodbye"
"If I Know Me"
"Heartland"
"The Man in Love With You"
"Check Yes Or No"
"Carrying Your Love With Me"
"Write This Down"
"Don't Make Me Come Over There And Love You"
"She'll Leave You With A Smile"

Toddy's 3rd Birthday!

Toddy had a very busy day for his birthday. During the day it was business as usual, but we took in cupcakes to daycare so that he could celebrate his birthday at snack time with his friends at school. Toddy helped make the cupcakes so he was proud to to take them in to school.
After school we picked up Toddy and headed over to Toys R Us to go shopping. The night before he received his birthday card from Geoffrey the Giraffe and he was excited to go shopping. He was given a balloon and a crown to wear. While we were there there was a birthday girl there also who was the same age and had a birthday the very next day.

When we were done looking around we headed over to Chuck E. Cheese. We had invited some of Toddy's friends to join us for pizza, games, and fun. His best buddy Noah, Zack and Natalie came to join the fun.
They got to eat pizza, play video games, (Toddy's favorite was the snowmobile video game) dance with Chuck E., and open presents. Everyone seemed to have a really good time.

Sesame Street Live - Super Grover

We went to see Super Grover in action at the Hershey Giant Center. Toddy loved watching Elmo's Coloring Book last year, so we decided to take him again to see this year's show. Toddy loved it. He even sang and danced at our seats.

The story:
Super Grover loses his superness, and Sesame Street needed a hero! The Fabulous Five, a new team of Sesame heroes, worked to put the "super" back in Super Grover. Elmo, Rosita, Zoe and Rocko, and Telly took on the tasks of being superheros until Super Grover got his superness back. They helped Old MacDondald find his lunch and Big Bird by showing him the benefits of taking a nap so that he could find Ernie (Journey to Ernie). They showed cookie the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables in stead of cookies. They learned how to exercise with the number of the day. They cleaned up Elmos World when Oscar took over and changed it to a very messy Oscar's World.

In the end the friends knew how to help Super Grover and he flew through the skies again!
