"Choose Jesus"

This is a video of Toddy's class practicing for the parent's event at Vacation Bible School. Toddy attended all week and learned his bible memories and got a special prize at the end of the week. Each day they had a different lesson, practiced their songs, worked on crafts, had snack and playtime. This Sunday they will be singing at the Muncy Valley Skilled Nursing Unit at the Muncy Hospital. Toddy had a great time this week with all of the kids and activities.

Heidi Flies to North Carolina

Early this morning we went to the airport in Williamsport (Montoursville) so that Heidi could catch her flight to North Carolina to be with Bobbie, Dave, and Tyler. It was a beautiful morning for travel. Her flight left Montoursville at 6:20 am and she flew to Philadelphia where she said that she flew over the stadium where the Eagles played. (her favorite pro football team) From there she caught a connecting flight to Norfolk, where her mom and Tyler were waiting for her.

Toddy and his swimmies

Mammy has been doing a great job getting Toddy to the pool and teaching him how to swim. He is not afraid of the water at all and the last time we went swimming I had to remind him that he still needed to have his swimmies on. He is jumping off of the diving board by himself with just a swimming noodle or his swimmies. (note that the swimmies of preference are the Pittsburgh Steelers swimmies)

Mystery Pictures?

From time to time, I pick up my camera to see what pictures are still waiting for me on my camera to be downloaded and organized in some sort of fashion. Some days there are only a few and other days there could be hundreds of them waiting for me to decide if they are worth saving. As I look through the pictures of Christmas, vacations, birthdays, or whatever recent snaps have been taken, I am always surprised at what shows up on my camera. There are usually these little mystery pictures that are saved on my camera. I have a little photographer who likes to snap pictures like his momma, and I get a glimpse at what is important to him for that day...

Heidi's 19th Birthday

Today Heidi turned 19. It's hard to believe that she is that old already and has completed her first year at Lock Haven University. We started out at our house and I cooked brunch for all of us. Then Mammy took her shopping for awhile. We met up at Hoss's later that afternoon for dinner. (Yes, I had the waitresses sing to her and our waitress was nice enough to take a picture of all of us.) After dinner we headed back to our house for a piece of Carvel Ice Cream cake.
